Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Anywhere that accepts DHL Express shipments.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We offer a range of delivery options from next day express post within Australia to 2-6 days internationally. Shipping options are chosen at checkout.

Can I return something for an exchange?

We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. This includes offering returns and exchanges for items that meet our Returns Policy.

What if I got the wrong size?

We are here to help if you're not sure about fit or sizing. We have heaps of helpful info here. If you still have questions, we'll go the extra mile to offer size exchanges, advice, measurements or photos, just send us a message here. You can also return your order if it meets our Returns Policy.

What if I can't find my size?

If that hard to find NM piece your searching for is out of your size please contact us at hello@nelsonmade.com.au.

Our emphasis on slow fashion means we make small batches of stock and produce size top ups as needed. If we are out of your size we may already be making new stock and able to accomodate you, or direct you to your local stockist.

What Are Your Payment Options?

We accept payments from Afterpay and Klarna. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
