We aim to dispatch all orders within 1- 2 business days. We will do everything we can to get your order to you in the below timeframes:
Australia: 1 - 2 business days or next day delivery if express post is selected at checkout
New Zealand: 2-4 business days.
Rest of World: 2-6 business days.
Depending on the value of your purchase and where you live, you may be asked to pay customs fees or taxes upon arrival of your goods. Sadly these are outside of our control and must be covered by you.
Orders shipping to New Zealand qualify for reduced duty rates, this will be applied automatically when we ship to you.

Australian orders are delivered via Oz Post. Minor delays are being reported of up to 2 days. Please allow 2 - 4 business days at this time.
New Zealand orders are shipped via DHL Express within 2 - 4 business days. There are no reported delays with this service.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express within 2 - 6 business days. There are no reported delays with this service.
If goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, we are so sorry and will offer a full refund or exchange as well as refunding the cost of shipping.
We are happy to refund or exchange any order if your return meets the below conditions:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We will make exceptions for shipping delays, just contact us if you think it might take longer
• Items must be unworn. Please be mindful of this when trying your sandals on. We suggest doing so on a carpeted surface to protect the soles
• We don’t refund any sale items but we will do our best to accommodate size swaps
• You will be refunded in your original form of payment
• Sadly we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way back or for any import duties and taxes incurred. We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return.
• We ask that you cover the cost of return shipping to our Melbourne warehouse. But good news! We will cover the cost of any exchange items being shipped back out to you.
We accept payments from Afterpay for Australian account holders.
We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
