We know shopping online can be tricky so we are here to help if your NM's don't fit quite right.
We are happy to refund or exchange any order if your return meets the below conditions:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will make exceptions for shipping delays, just contact us if you think it might take longer
• Items must be unworn. Please be mindful of this when trying your shoes on. We suggest doing so on a carpeted surface to protect the soles
• Items must be sent back in their original undamaged NM shoebox
• We don’t refund any sale items but we will do our best to accommodate size swaps
• You will be refunded in your original form of payment
• We ask that you cover return shipping to our studio, but good news! We will cover the cost of any exchange items sent back to you.
• Sadly we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way back or for any import duties and taxes incurred. We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return.
• If goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, we are so sorry and will offer a full refund or exchange as well as refunding the cost of shipping.

1. Ensure your items are in a returnable condition as outlined in the returns policy above

3. For Australian Orders: Print out the provided returns slip, attach it to your order and send it back to the Nelson Made Studio.
3. For International Orders: Please send the item/s you wish to return to the below address
