We aim to dispatch all orders within 1- 2 business days. We will do everything we can to get your order to you in the below timeframes:

Australia: 1 - 2 business days or next day delivery if express post is selected at checkout

New Zealand City Centres: 1 - 2 business days. 

New Zealand Rural Areas: 2 - 4 business days. 

Rest of World: 2 - 6 business days. 

Depending on the value of your purchase and where you live, you may be asked to pay customs fees or taxes upon arrival of your goods. Sadly these are outside of our control and must be covered by you. 

Orders shipping to New Zealand qualify for reduced duty rates, this will be applied automatically when we ship to you. 

Returns Policy

We know shopping online can be tricky so we are here to help if your NM's don't fit quite right.

We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns in Australia.

We are happy to refund or exchange any order if your return meets the below conditions: 

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will make exceptions for shipping delays, just contact us if you think it might take longer

• Items must be unworn. Please be mindful of this when trying your sandals on. We suggest doing so on a carpeted surface to protect the soles

• We don’t refund any sale items but we will do our best to accommodate size swaps

• You will be refunded in your original form of payment

• Sadly we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way back or for any import duties and taxes incurred. We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return. 

• If goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, we are so sorry and will offer a full refund or exchange as well as refunding the cost of shipping.

1. Ensure your items are in a returnable condition as outlined in the returns policy above

3. Print out the provided returns slip, attach it to your order and send it back to the Nelson Made Studio

How To Create A Return For International Orders

Please send the item/s you wish to return to the address below. We suggest using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery. Once your item/s have been processed we will be in touch with an email to confirm your exchange or refund. Please allow up to 5 days once we receive the return to process it.

We ask that you cover your international return shipping to our studio, but good news! We will cover the cost of any exchange items sent back to you.

We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
